The Interdi Manifesto · 2014 — ∞

We don't follow
the brief.
We break it.

This is what we stand on. This is what we stand against.
Read both — then choose your side.

Nine things we bend
we refuse
to compromise on.

01

We don't work for brands.
We work with them.

A brief is not a command. It is the beginning of a conversation. If you need a vendor, we are the wrong door. If you need a co-conspirator, welcome in.

02

If the idea is safe,
it's already dead.

Safe ideas are recycled ideas. We'd rather be remembered for being wrong than forgotten for being polite. Every brief gets the Brief Breaker treatment.

03

Data is a
weapon.
Empathy is
the target.

04

We tell
the truth
especially
when it's
uncomfortable.

05

Communication
is a public
responsibility.

Every ad is a tiny edit to the culture. We refuse to sell fear, amplify prejudice, or dress up harm as aspiration. If it can't stand the light, we won't light it up.

06

The crew
is the
product.

Before KPIs, before clients, before awards — the 22 people who carry Interdi home. Protect them first.

07

We stay weird.
On purpose.

08

Break
the rules
with
Interdi.

09

The
Interdi
Collective.

Nine principles. One stance. Zero apologies.

Interlude · 01

Polite advertising is a tranquilizer. We make noise.

The Interdi Collective · 2026
We are not a company.

We are a
culture.

A company hires for skills. A culture is built on shared instincts. A company writes mission statements. A culture is the mission — felt, fought for, lived out loud every single day.

You don't join Interdi.
You become Interdi.

  1. 01

    Curiosity is a job requirement.

We question the template, the brief, and the question itself. Rooms without doubt are rooms without growth.

  2. 02

Weirdness is not tolerated — it's protected.

The odd pitch, the late-night idea, the one person who sees it differently. That's where the work lives.

  3. 03

    Disagreement is a love language.

Silence in a meeting means we failed. We push back, we argue in public, we apologize in private. Never the reverse.

  4. 04

Credit is shared. Blame is absorbed.

Wins belong to the team. Losses belong to leadership. This isn't a policy — it's a reflex.

  5. 05

    The work is the ritual.

Music on. Doors open. Coffee strong. We show up for each other before we show up for the deck.

  6. 06

    We leave doors unlocked.

Alumni are family, not competitors. Clients become collaborators. Strangers with good ideas get coffee and a seat at the table.

Interdi is not where you work. / Interdi is who you are.
Not neutral. Never silent.

We answer to no one
four audiences.

The moment we pick up a megaphone, we inherit a duty to everyone who has to listen. Interdi is not neutral. We picked our sides a long time ago — here they are, in writing.

01 Society

Inclusive
by default.

Real people, real bodies, real stories — not stock-photo stereotypes. We publicly support causes that protect the vulnerable.

02 Industry

Open
source, loud.

We share what we learn. Public case studies, free mentorship through IN-LAB. A rising tide doesn't threaten us — a stagnant industry does.

03 Clients

Partnership
over paycheck.

Radical honesty, zero hidden costs, and the courage to refuse briefs that compromise our principles.

04 Crew

People
before product.

Safe rooms, fair pay, healthy hours, real growth paths and the unconditional right to disagree. No genius idea is worth a broken person.

No neutral briefs. No safe campaigns. No polite edits. No neutral briefs. No safe campaigns. No polite edits.

The four pillars
we build on.

01 / Of Four

Rebellion The refusal

Defaults are the enemy. We question the template, the template-maker and the reason the template exists. Creative friction is a feature — not a bug.

02 / Of Four

Empathy The listening

Loud doesn't mean cruel. We listen longer than we speak. Every campaign starts with a question: who is this really for, and what will it cost them?

03 / Of Four

Integrity The spine

We don't lie, we don't flatter, and we don't launder bad products into good stories. Integrity is the most expensive service we offer — and the only one that compounds.

04 / Of Four

Curiosity The engine

The second we think we've figured it out, we've started losing. IN-LAB is a promise to ourselves: stay playful, stay wrong, stay looking.

Interlude · 03

We don't sell products. We sell the courage to say something.

Manifesto · Article IV

Silence is a choice.
We chose otherwise.

If this sounds
like your kind
of trouble
there's a seat.

We don't hire résumés, we hire stances. If you read this and felt something move — a yes, a no, an argument forming in your chest — we should probably talk. Bring your work. Bring your opinions. Leave the polite version at home.
